We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. They will be dealing with our one of our verticals (ISM Homes). As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through aggressive selling, cold calling, and engaging with potential customers.
This position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development and directly to the Managing Partners.

#Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential customers through cold calling, walk-ins, networking events, and other sales techniques. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our laundry and carpet cleaning services, highlighting the unique benefits and competitive advantages. You will tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize a proactive and results-driven approach to drive sales growth. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by closing deals and upselling additional services. The targets will be set and communicated to you every quarter/financial year.
- You will need to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback on customer requirements and preferences to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and progress reports. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
- You will be required to stay updated on industry developments, cleaning technologies, and trends related to laundry and carpet cleaning services. Leverage industry knowledge to position our services competitively and address customer concerns effectively.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective sales presentations and deliver persuasive pitches to potential customers.
- Knowledge of real estate market is highly desirable, including an understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
